An Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) exists in all U.S. Federal agencies in accordance with Public Laws 95-507 and 100-656 to ensure the participation of U.S. small, small disadvantaged, women-owned small, HUBZone small, Veteran-owned small, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses in Federal procurement opportunities.

The members may use the information within their respective agencies to more effectively utilize small businesses in prime contracts and subcontracts to the maximum extent practicable. | |

| Defense Contract Management Agency Small Business Program DCMA and the Small Business Program Division’s objective is to evaluate and analyze how well prime contractors ensure small businesses receive a fair proportion of and a maximum practicable opportunity to participate in prime contractors' subcontracts. Our strategy to achieve this objective is to actively assist customers in developing aggressive but reasonable subcontracting plans for their contractors and review contractor compliance with subcontracting plans.
